    Description

    CNC Mill - 22" x 44" x 8" complete and ready to run.
This is a mill I bought as a kit and spent 200 hours setting it up so the hard work is done for you. It is very capable but isnt designed to cut steel parts. Its meant for aluminum and other materials. I used it to make a few carbon fiber parts for an airplane project. They came out perfect.
It includes everything you will need to mill parts. it will take some technical knowledge to use on a daily basis but I also have many tutorials that you can watch to learn everything (as I did). The price includes me helping to set it up and show you how to use it.
    It includes:
-Heavily gusseted frame with quality ways and screws. 0.004" accuracy. I ran it on metric and it was consistently 0.10mm. It makes 22" x 44" x 8" cuts
-1/2" thick Mic6 precsion aluminum plate Bed. this is the primary modification I made to this mill to assure it will never flex. It has never been drilled so you can customize it as you need. It is also removable for cleaning or reconfiguring the mill.
-Gecko 540 controller. the most reliable controller ever built for light production mills such as this. Its bullet-proof.
-Water-cooled 1/4" spindle drive with Lapond SVD-ES Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
-Steel stand designed for high volume water bit cooling.
-full set of 1/4" bits and collets.
    -2 Mill vises
-Control/programming PC (with backup unit), monitor (w/swing arm). Mach 3 software loaded. I have other software available, contact me for more info.
-Handheld controller to allow easy cutting of parts without programming
-Mist cooling system that I DIY'd. I havent finished it yet but it should work well with a high volume air compressor (not included).
-Many other small items such as micrometers and various attachment parts and gadgets.
I have ,500 invested plus 200 hours of time so I would like to recoup the money I have in it. Its a great little mill that is in excellent condition.
Be careful buying a large commercial mill as they will break and require ,000 parts plus a special service agent to install it. My friend went this way with a ,000 mill that cost him another ,000 in unexpected repairs.
Shipping is possible with FedEx but you will have to pay for it.... expect it to be around 0.00. I can also put everything on a pallette and freight it to you at extra cost. There are a lot of extras that come with the mill (essentially a 2' x 2' x 2' box that weigghs 150 lbs).
